Gym Rules

For the safety, hygiene, and comfort of all members, we kindly ask that you follow the rules below while using our facility.

1. Footwear and Clothing

  • Only clean indoor sports shoes are allowed (used exclusively inside the gym).

  • Please wear appropriate athletic clothing.

  • Training without a shirt is not allowed.


2. Hygiene

  • A towel is required when using any equipment.

  • Please wipe down equipment after use.

  • Do not leave personal belongings on machines or in the hallways.


3. Use of Equipment

  • Machines should be used in order and in agreement with others — sharing equipment is encouraged.

  • Do not claim machines — allow others to “work in”.
  • After use, return weights and equipment to their place.

  • Throwing weights is prohibited, unless explicitly allowed in designated areas.


4. Behavior

  • Maintain respectful behavior toward other members and staff.

  • Recording others without consent is not allowed.

  • Loud phone conversations are not permitted in workout areas.


5. Opening Hours & Membership

  • Please follow the opening hours posted at the entrance and on our website.

  • Membership cards are non-transferable.

  • Late arrivals or absences do not extend membership duration.


6. Group Training

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts.

  • Register for classes via phone or at reception.

  • Cancel at least 2 hours in advance if you can’t attend.


7. Children and Minors

  • Children are not allowed in the training area without supervision.

  • Minors may train only with written parental consent.

8. Health Conditions

  • You train at your own risk.

  • If you have any health concerns, please consult our staff before starting your workout.
