    1. Footwear and Clothing<\/strong><\/h3>

    • Only clean indoor sports shoes are allowed<\/strong> (used exclusively inside the gym).<\/p><\/li>

    • Please wear appropriate athletic clothing<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • Training without a shirt is not allowed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      2. Hygiene<\/strong><\/h3>

      • A towel is required<\/strong> when using any equipment.<\/p><\/li>

      • Please wipe down equipment after use<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

      • Do not leave personal belongings on machines or in the hallways.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        3. Use of Equipment<\/strong><\/h3>

        • Machines should be used in order and in agreement with others<\/strong> \u2014 sharing equipment is encouraged.<\/p><\/li>

        • Do not claim machines \u2014 allow others to \u201cwork in\u201d.<\/li>

        • After use, return weights and equipment<\/strong> to their place.<\/p><\/li>

        • Throwing weights is prohibited, unless explicitly allowed in designated areas.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          4. Behavior<\/strong><\/h3>

          • Maintain respectful behavior toward other members and staff<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

          • Recording others without consent is not allowed.<\/p><\/li>

          • Loud phone conversations are not permitted in workout areas.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            5. Opening Hours & Membership<\/strong><\/h3>

            • Please follow the opening hours<\/strong> posted at the entrance and on our website.<\/p><\/li>

            • Membership cards are non-transferable.<\/p><\/li>

            • Late arrivals or absences do not extend membership duration.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              6. Group Training<\/strong><\/h3>

              • Arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

              • Register for classes via phone or at reception.<\/p><\/li>

              • Cancel at least 2 hours in advance if you can\u2019t attend.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                7. Children and Minors<\/strong><\/h3>

                • Children are not allowed<\/strong> in the training area without supervision.<\/p><\/li>

                • Minors may train only with written parental consent<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  8. Health Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>

                  • You train at your own risk<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>
